Here at ATM, we know that providing customers with quality turn-key solutions is only part of the journey. Our philosophy is that post-sales service and support also need to be of the highest standard to satisfy the ongoing needs of your business.

With this in mind, we are pleased to announce recent additions to our existing service and support infrastructure, providing assurance we will be there for you at every stage of the machine lifecycle.


ATM are pleased to announce the promotion of John Evans to the new role of 'End of  Arm Sales and Support Engineer'. John brings over sixteen years of service experience within the automation industry, spanning: EOAT, Commissioning, Builds and Customer Support.

John will help provide tailored EOAT packages from a sample, 2D plan or 3D CAD model. Solutions range from 'pick and place' to more complex 'insert and load' applications. Standard turnaround on bespoke tooling is 2-4 weeks, adaptable to your deadlines.

A recruitment process is underway to find a replacement for John's previous role of Service Manager.


This month ATM have finalised a partnership with a respected global supplier of End of Arm Tooling Components, meaning we can provide you with a significantly bigger product and spares catalogue to supplement our in-house production. 

The partnership will help ATM to better support automation and robotics solutions purchased from third party suppliers, giving customers the opportunity for ATM to be their 'one-stop-shop' for service and support needs.
